To restart our program in 2023, we have sent a purchase order to Riddell for 50 sets of football equipment. This initial purchase includes Riddell Youth Speedflex Helmets.  This equipment is expected to arrive in late Spring/ early Summer 2023 in order to be in pads starting in August.

Each player requires approximately $350 worth of equipment, plus game jerseys, practice jerseys, and practice pants. For equipment, we will clean, inventory, and reuse the equipment each year, but SYFL is committed to upgrading at least 50 sets of equipment every five years. So, we need to raise approximately $17,500 every five years.

Every year, SYFL needs to raise money for game jerseys, practice jerseys, practice pants, and practice t-shirts which the players will keep. Every year, all sponsor logos will be listed on all practice gear, on our website, and in our home game program. So, SYFL needs to raise approximately$150 per player in order to keep our players looking sharp. For 50 players jerseys, that amounts to $7500 yearly.

At the SYFL Infinity Sponsorship level, you are providing the resources to purchase 28 sets of equipment in our next equipment purchase tranche or the resources to allow 66 different players to look sharp every year and keep their swag.

As a SYFL Hero Sponsor, you are providing the resources to purchase 14 sets of equipment in our next equipment purchase tranche or the resources to allow 33 different players to look sharp every year and keep their swag.

All sponsorships and donations are 100% tax deductible.  All sponsors' logos will be placed on all practice wear, workout shirts, on the website and in the game program. If our teams win the North Coast League Championship, they have an opportunity to travel to play in the regional and national youth football championships.  So, in addition to equipment and swag, donations and sponsorships will be necessary to help offset our team's travel costs.

The SYFL player fee only covers the cost of the league participation, field fees, referee fees, training fees, team awards, and small coaching stipends.

In all cases, SYFL will be radically transparent about the use of all funds.  We do not exist to make money for anyone.  SYFL is a labor of love.  We exist to make the world a better place, and we are happy to share how we try to go about making that happen.
